Job summary

LegalShield in Duncan, OK is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to ensure members and customers receive excellent service by answering questions, resolving problems, and processing requests via telephone, chat and/or email. You will work under supervision to assist members and coworkers, building rapport to understand needs and reach solutions in line with PPLSI policies.

Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential as you adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills; types a minimum of 35 WPM.
• Demonstrates professional attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, resolve problems, and process requests via telephone, chat and/or email.
