Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 3+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core identity infrastructure components including control plane APIs, data plane execution environments, and deployment orchestration systems.
• Design and implement scalable, highly available services that process millions of requests per second.
• Develop monitoring, observability, and operational tooling to ensure production reliability and enable rapid incident response.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions for session management, identity/permissions, cross-account access, and security integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and operational best practices.
