Job summary

Amazon Foundational Security Services seeks a Systems Development Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable IAM solutions across Amazonization of identity and access management. You will work with Entra ID tooling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive secure configurations while maintaining high-availability services.

Qualifications

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience programming with Python, Java, C++, or other modern languages.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM infrastructure using Microsoft Entra ID and AWS tech.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues; build monitoring for IAM services.
• Implement fixes for internally developed code and run queries to resolve challenges.
• Build new IAM solutions to support evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with development teams on corporate software projects and automate support processes.
• Document systems to ensure knowledge continuity and participate in on-call rotations.
