SilverSky seeks an experienced Identity Security Engineer focusing on Cisco Duo MFA deployments in enterprise environments. You will design, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Duo MFA integrations across applications, AD, SSO, and remote access, with strong emphasis on Proxy, LDAP/RADIUS, SSO, and policy configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, networking, security, or systems engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on experience implementing and supporting MFA technologies.
• Significant hands-on experience with Cisco Duo Security.
• Experience migrating from RSA SecurID or another MFA solution to Duo.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls and VPN technologies.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, configure, and support Cisco Duo Security MFA solutions across enterprise applications and remote-access technologies.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Duo Authentication Proxy servers.
• Configure Duo Authentication Proxy integrations using RADIUS, LDAP/LDAPS, and Active Directory.
• Integrate Duo MFA with Firewalls, remote-access VPNs, Windows servers, and network infrastructure.
• Design and implement resilient Duo Authentication Proxy architectures with redundancy and failover.
• Implement and support Duo Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML-based integrations.
• Configure Duo application policies, enrollment policies, and access control settings.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, logs, and certificates; perform packet captures as needed.
• Work with customers and internal teams during deployments and troubleshooting.
