Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced RSA SecurID-MFA Engineer to design, implement, and administer our MFA/IAM infrastructure. This role covers on-prem RSA Authentication Manager and hybrid cloud components using RSA ID Plus, with emphasis on high availability, secure provisioning, and governance.

The candidate will manage token lifecycles, integration with AD/LDAP, and REST APIs to secure VPNs, VDI, and cloud apps, while supporting audits and migration plans to ID Plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years of IAM/MFA experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
5+ years of hands-on IAM/MFA experience and security focus.

Responsibilities

Administer RSA Authentication Manager (primary and replica) to ensure high availability.
Integrate external identity sources (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP) with RSA Authentication Manager.
Manage hardware and software tokens, ODA, and modern authentication methods.
Configure authentication agents, RADIUS clients, and REST APIs for VPNs, VDI, and cloud apps.
Monitor logs, telemetry, and security consoles; troubleshoot authentication issues promptly.
Generate reports for audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and assist in upgrades/migrations toward ID Plus.
