Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS) Lead Engineer to design, implement, and modernize enterprise identity infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will provide engineering leadership for AD DS, Entra ID, and RadiantOne VDS, driving platform stability, security, and complex integrations while supporting disaster recovery and audit requirements in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
• Experience with AD DS, Microsoft Entra ID, and VDS in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolution of multi-faceted situations meeting deliverables and compliance needs.
• Strategically collaborate with client personnel.
