Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a senior AD and Entra architect to lead the design and evolution of our identity infrastructure supporting IT and OT environments. You will architect and optimize AD and Entra ID solutions for 50,000+ users across hybrid cloud deployments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems and modern cloud apps.

• Experience designing and operating Active Directory and Entra ID in large hybrid environments.
• Experience with OT identity management in industrial settings.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of global teams.
• Strong collaboration with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AD forests, including multi-domain topologies and trust relationships.
• Architect Entra ID tenant configurations for hybrid identity, CA policies, and zero-trust models.
• Develop identity governance with RBAC, PIM, and lifecycle management processes.
• Design authentication patterns (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Kerberos) for enterprise apps.
• Lead cross-functional identity modernization initiatives and cloud-first strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to identity engineering teams globally.
• Establish governance to monitor performance, compliance, and security metrics.
