Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Identity Security & Access Management to lead the global IAM program. You will shape policy, architecture, and governance across workforce, privileged, non-human, and AI agent identities, partnering with IT Infra and Ops to deploy secure, scalable authentication across cloud and on-prem platforms.

You will drive program roadmaps, enable secure authentication, and mentor a growing security team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or security architecture.
• 5+ years with multiple authentication solutions and identity platforms.
• 3+ years in management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engineering, governance, and architecture for Skechers.
• Define IAM strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and metrics.
• Establish IAM policies and reference architectures for varied identities.
• Support adoption of phishing resistant authentication and passkeys.
• Oversee identity governance including access reviews and evidence automation.
• Drive governance for non-human identities and AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT Infra and Operations on Okta, AD, Azure AD Entra ID.
• Develop patterns and automation for contextual authentication and scalable access governance.
• Manage vendor relationships and project roadmaps.
