You will lead IAM engineering, governance, and architecture across workforce, privileged, non-human, and AI identities. You will own strategy, roadmap, budget, and metrics, while setting policies and reference architectures to scale secure access across the organization. Qualifications

• 7+ years in identity and access management or security architecture.
• Experience with authentication/authorization solutions and directory platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading IAM strategy, standards, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engineering, governance, and architecture across workforce, privileged, non-human, and AI identity types.
• Own IAM strategy, roadmap, budget, metrics, and reporting to leadership.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Guide adoption of phishing resistant auth, passkeys, risk-based authentication, PAM, and just-in-time services.
• Oversee identity governance: access reviews, evidence automation, remediation tracking, and control maturity.
• Collaborate with IT to define requirements for Okta, AD/Entra, Azure AD, and related platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the enterprise identity security roadmap and vendor relationships.
