Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to shape and deliver the organization’s global identity architecture across workforce, customer, and non-human identities.

You will translate requirements into resilient identity solutions, and provide technical direction while hands-on designing, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting across cloud, enterprise, and security environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IAM design, implementation, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience across workforce, privileged, and customer identities in multi-cloud.
• Familiarity with security governance, threat detection, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IAM architecture across workforce, customer and non-human identities.
• Lead design reviews and provide guidance to IAM, security, and engineering teams.
• Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot IAM solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Model identity threats, enforce Zero Trust controls, and drive governance patterns.
