Job summary

Blend is seeking a Product Owner for Identity to lead the identity workstream for Latis, including building the Network Reference Graph POC, the Latis Identity Graph, and integrating external identity providers into the Latis identity spine. You will drive the strategy across engineering, data science, and AI teams to enable identity interoperability and data connectivity.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management experience focusing on data, identity, or platform products.
• Proven ability to translate complex identity concepts into practical product roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end identity workstream roadmap and product strategy for Latis.
• Define vision, priorities, milestones, and execution plans for the identity ecosystem.
• Lead Network Reference Graph POC including scope and success criteria.
• Develop the Latis Identity Graph and integrate external identity providers.
• Coordinate cross-functional POCs, testing, and implementation plans.
• Identify dependencies and risks across the identity workstream.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI teams to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options for tag management strategies.
