Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Identity team seeks a Vice President, Platform Product Manager to shape vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap for identity platform capabilities. You will partner with engineering, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable services in a regulated environment.

You own outcomes end-to-end—from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization—driving measurable improvements and executive-level

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience in technology or product delivery.
• Proven ability to define strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience launching and scaling tech products or platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive storytelling skills.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for identity platform capabilities.
• Translate strategy into product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
• Lead discovery to understand customer and business needs and validate direction.
• Prioritize work based on value, impact, risk, and alignment.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and risk to deliver scalable services.
• Establish standards, onboarding processes, and operating models.
• Design reusable capabilities that scale across teams and journeys.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities across channels and experiences.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, and privacy stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and communicate progress to senior leadership.
