Job summary

WHOOP in Boston is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform Team to define the strategy and roadmaps for our identity platform, covering authentication, authorization, and lifecycle systems across mobile and web.

You will drive member-facing improvements and coordinate with security, engineering, and analytics to balance security with a seamless user experience while guiding international expansion and multi-language strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of delivering impact with a technical team.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision making approach.
• Familiarity with SQL/Amplitude/Sigma for data analysis; willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and data analysis.
• Experience working with security teams and translating security requirements into product deliveries.
