Job summary

Fetch seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to own Okta, MFA, lifecycle automation, and Atlassian/Jira/Confluence administration. This full-time role focuses on scaling configurations, eliminating gaps, and reducing risk through automation.

You will work onsite at our US offices (Madison, Chicago, Boston or New York) as needed, collaborate with Security and IT Ops, and design for auditability with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT engineering or systems administration with a focus on identity and access management or SaaS platform administration.
• Direct hands-on experience administering Okta in a production environment (SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation).
• Direct experience administering Atlassian tools at an organizational scale (Jira, Confluence) including workflows and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access management as a full-time discipline: SSO, entitlement governance, and access automation.
• Own Atlassian/Jira/Confluence as platform administration, including ITDESK project support.
• Identify, propose and implement improvements; design for scale and automation to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Information Security to address identity-related risk and audits.
• Document identity and platform configurations and workflows; maintain audit-ready records.
