Job summary

Known is a modern marketing company blending PhD data science with creative and engineering talent. We are hiring a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer to own our Atlassian environment, Entra ID, and our SaaS stack. This hands-on role focuses on automation, access control, and reliability across Jira Service Management and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering the Atlassian suite and Jira Service Management.
• Experience with Entra ID and identity governance.
• Hands-on automation scripting or AI tooling experience.
• Familiar with multiple SaaS apps (Slack, Google Workspace, MS 365, Jamf, Zoom, Lumos).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and Agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Atlassian suite with a focus on Jira Service Management.
• Design and maintain service desks, request types, queues, SLAs, and automation.
• Own Entra ID administration: users, groups, policies, app registrations.
• Administer the SaaS stack (Slack, Google Workspace, MS 365, Jamf, Zoom, Lumos).
• Build automations using N8N and AI tools such as Claude.
• Manage joiner, mover, leaver provisioning end to end.
• Partner with Security on access reviews and least-privilege enforcement.
• Write and maintain documentation for owned systems.
• Track and resolve platform issues and improve reliability.
