Core One seeks a biometric/identity intelligence analyst to conduct analytic production on identity characteristics and modalities, collect and assess attributes, and produce assessments of individuals and networks.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, may deploy up to six months, and pays a salary range of $60,000–$135,000 with potential for advancement within defense-focused programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a qualifying degree, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding of intelligence requirements supporting lethal and non-lethal targeting operations.
• Experience conducting network, pattern, geospatial, link, and social network analysis for AtN operations.
• Foundational targeting tradecraft including POL analysis and geospatial analysis.
• Experience providing analytical support to deployed SOF elements.
• Proficiency with intelligence tools and databases (BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst's Notebook, BAT, TIDE, Pulse).
• Ability to deploy to OCONUS locations for at least 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and document analytic production on identity characteristics and modalities to identify and track individuals and networks.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze identity attributes to develop comprehensive assessments.
• Produce intelligence assessments evaluating threat individuals and networks including intent and COAs.
• Analyze biometric systems for capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities and operational impact.
• Develop and deliver analytic findings and technical assessments for defense-related activities.
• Draft and maintain doctrine, policy, and guidance supporting Identity Intelligence (I2) activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD for I2 policy and capabilities development.
• Prepare and present analytical products and briefings to government stakeholders.
