Qualifications

• Experience building production backend services at scale.
• Practical networking depth across HTTP/TCP/TLS/DNS and load balancing.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with Go, Rust, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure access proxies and credential brokers for infrastructure and internal services.
• Integrate identity and access policy across clients, proxies, and target systems with auditable permissions.
• Build observability for end-to-end access paths including latency, errors, and identity attribution.
• Engineer safe multi-region rollouts, canaries, rollbacks, failover, and recovery with realistic test environments.
• Maintain core access services for reliability, performance, and survivability; own incident recovery and durable fixes.
• Lead migrations with reusable APIs, client tooling, diagnostics, and clear ownership across Infra, Security, and SRE.
