Job summary

Universal Music Group (UMG) seeks a Senior Manager of Identity Governance and Administration to lead the enterprise IAM program focused on Saviynt and related IGA capabilities. You will own the strategy, operating model, and governance to ensure secure, scalable identity practices across the organization.

You will mentor the IGA team, drive roadmaps, and partner with security, architecture, audits, and regional teams to meet governance objectives and reduce cyber risk while enabling global

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years leading enterprise IAM, IGA, or technology-risk programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Saviynt and related IGA capabilities; strong knowledge of identity-governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operating model, roadmap, governance, and day-to-day execution of UMG’s Identity Governance and Administration program.
• Direct the IGA team; establish priorities, accountability, and performance metrics.
• Partner with security, engineering, HR, audit, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable control improvements.
