Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Lead to oversee the enterprise Saviynt-based identity program.

You will drive lifecycle management, RBAC modeling, entitlement governance, and access certification across applications and services. You will collaborate with IAM, PAM, compliance, risk, and enterprise architecture teams to enforce least-privilege access, support regulatory requirements, and deliver comprehensive governance

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in cybersecurity or IT with identity governance focus.
• Hands-on Saviynt IGA configuration and operations.
• Experience with IGA/IAM platforms, RBAC design, access certifications, and audit support.
• Integrations with enterprise apps and identity services.
• Understanding of least-privilege and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Saviynt IGA platform as technical lead and SME.
• Design and maintain RBAC models, role catalogs, and entitlement hierarchies.
• Configure access provisioning and workflow capabilities.
• Develop periodic access certification campaigns and attestation.
• Implement multi-stage approval workflows and ServiceNow integrations.
• Onboard applications into Saviynt with IAM/PAM teams.
• Coordinate entitlement discovery, modeling, and certification configuration.
• Collaborate to improve governance coverage and integration effectiveness.
• Support audit requests with governance documentation.
