Job summary

Universal Music Group in Nashville seeks a Senior Manager to lead Identity Governance and Administration, focusing on Saviynt and related identity-security capabilities. You will shape governance, operating models, and roadmaps to reduce risk while enabling global business operations.

You’ll mentor the IGA team, drive cross-functional collaboration with security, HR, audits, and engineering, and translate policy into practical, measurable outcomes across applications and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in Identity and Access Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operating model, roadmap, governance, and day-to-day IGA execution.
• Partner with security, engineering, HR, audit, and compliance to align initiatives and ensure control effectiveness.
• Directly manage the Saviynt team; define requirements, roadmaps, and measurements.
• Own end-to-end Saviynt User Access Review campaigns, data validation, and certification.
• Establish governance for roles, entitlements, and non-human identities.
• Monitor data quality, reconciliation, and workflow health; drive continuous improvement.
