Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Identity Governance Lifecycle Specialist to support staff through technology. You will lead identity governance operations, collaborate with business and IT owners, and help ensure secure access across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role emphasizes Azure cloud design, RBAC, least privilege, and onboarding of applications, with a hybrid work option after two weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM/IGA, identity operations or IT governance.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or equivalent preferred.
• IGA platform certifications for SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for the Microsoft Azure Cloud COE, providing hands-on leadership for cloud solution design, implementation, and optimization.
• Lead the implementation and support of hybrid infrastructure solutions, integrating Azure cloud services with on-premises data center environments.
• Partner with business and application owners to define roles, entitlements, ownership, approval paths, risk attributes, and role-to-entitlement mappings.
• Coordinate onboarding with application owners and technical SMEs across enterprise and modernized platforms.
