Job summary

Farm Credit East seeks an Identity and Entitlement Management Workstream Lead to guide identity governance and entitlement-management initiatives. You will own strategy, design, implementation, onboarding, testing, go-live, and transition to operations, coordinating across security, IT, HR, Compliance, and partners.

The role serves as product owner and decision coordinator, ensuring auditable identities and entitlements across the modernized platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in IAM/IGA, cybersecurity, or technology program delivery; 3+ years leading complex initiatives.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments and with MSPs preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, or IGA/IAM cert preferred.
• PMP / PMI-ACP / CSPO or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the IAM/IGA workstream vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, acceptance criteria, and risk management.
• Lead forums for status, requirements, design, governance, and decisions; report to leadership.
• Coordinate delivery across Information Security, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, and partners.
• Approve deliverables with traceability from requirements through deployment and handoff.
• Manage dependencies with Salesforce FSC, nCino, CIAM, integrations, and data initiatives.
