Farm Credit East is seeking an Identity and Entitlement Management Workstream Lead to drive governance and administration of IAM/IGA across the modernized platform. You will own strategy, design, onboarding, testing, and go-live, coordinating with Information Security, IT, HR, Compliance, and partners to deliver secure access management.

The role requires senior-level experience in IAM/IGA within regulated financial services, strong product ownership, and the ability to lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in IAM/IGA, with 3+ years leading cross-functional identity initiatives.
• Experience in regulated financial services and with managed service providers is preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or IGA/IAM platform certs are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead Identity & Entitlement Management workstream including vision, roadmap, backlog, and decisions.
• Coordinate with Information Security, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal/Privacy, and partners.
• Approve deliverables ensuring traceability from requirements to deployment and operations.
• Manage dependencies with Salesforce FS Cloud, nCino, and data initiatives.
