Job summary

UF Information Technology (UFIT) is seeking an entry level Identity Data and Data Management Analyst I to join Data Platform and Analytics, a unit within UFIT. The role focuses on governance, managing core data assets, and resolving duplicate identity records to support strategic decision-making.

The position requires foundational knowledge in data governance and analytics, with experience in SQL or Python preferred; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience OR high school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
• Introductory coursework or training in data governance, data cataloging, or identity resolution encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Monitor data quality, security, and privacy requirements.
• Maintain central data repositories and data catalogs.
• Perform data enrichment, cleansing, and lineage documentation.
• Produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve duplicate identity records with profiling and review.
