Job summary

University of Florida is seeking a Data Management Analyst II to support the OIPR with data collection, analysis, and reporting across faculty and staff data. You will develop applications, ensure timely data delivery, and help modernize reporting environments.

The role involves leading the AAR process, training staff, and collaborating with UFIT to deploy data solutions and dashboards while working on ongoing Workday data validation and system conversions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in higher education or institutional research is preferred.
• Advanced programming and data analysis skills with statistical software and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the university-wide Academic Activities Reporting (AAR) process, coordinating data collection and certification.
• Provide training and technical support to staff submitting academic activity information.
• Prepare data files supporting instructional and research reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain programs for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data solutions addressing reporting needs.
