Job summary

Resource Innovations is a women-led energy transformation firm delivering impact through clean energy solutions. We seek an Associate Engineer to manage identity, cloud operations, and Microsoft 365 administration in a modern cloud-first environment.

You will work with Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Business teams to ensure secure provisioning, lifecycle management, and efficient access governance across Entra, Workday, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies or identity management.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS apps and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management is the primary focus, including provisioning and access governance.
• Support administration and maintenance of Microsoft Entra ID and related identity services.
• Assist user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access management processes.
• Support synchronization between Workday and Microsoft Entra.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and identity sync issues.
• Assist with MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security controls.
• Participate in access reviews and identity governance audits.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Microsoft 365 administration and Azure monitoring and optimization.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, HR and business teams.
