Job summary

Arrowstreet Capital, a Boston-based systematic investment firm, seeks a Senior Identity Architect to define and execute the firm’s identity strategy and governance model across enterprise systems.

The role partners with IT, security, risk, and business units to modernize identity capabilities, implement an IGA framework, and strengthen SOC1-related controls while transitioning from legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience defining enterprise IAM strategies and operating models.
• Experience evaluating identity technologies and leading assessments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation.
• Experience leading identity and IGA programs in large enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of IGA capabilities, access workflows, RBAC, onboarding.
• Experience with non-human identities and AI agentic workloads is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IAM strategy, target-state architecture, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Evaluate, select, and implement identity technologies and platforms; lead reviews and vendor selections.
• Establish enterprise identity standards, governance frameworks, and success metrics; drive adoption.
• Own and lead Identity Management, Identity Provider, and IGA strategy and roadmap.
• Architect the next-generation identity framework covering human and non-human identities.
• Lead migration of legacy apps to the new Identity Provider and IGA architecture.
