Qualifications

• Experience developing an enterprise strategy, target operating model, architecture, or transformation roadmap.
• Architecting, building, integrating, or operating enterprise-scale IAM platforms.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, executable programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the new IAM Platform team, mission, structure, and ways of working.
• Assess current identity environment, processes, controls, integrations, and pain points.
• Define IAM strategy, target-state architecture, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Create an executable program plan covering investments, resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Guide the evaluation and selection of IAM platforms, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee modernization of identity governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.
