Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a senior InfoSec and Compliance Specialist for a fully remote contract-to-hire position based out of Tampa, FL. The role focuses on enterprise identity federation, access governance, and security compliance, with a pay range of $50.00–$65.00 per hour and a drug background check required.

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis until conversion to full-time employment, with sponsorship not offered now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineer expected.
• Experience with identity federation, access governance, and security policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect SSO with Keycloak, SAML 2.0, and OIDC across enterprise boundaries.
• Establish centralized RBAC, MFA, and zero-trust across platforms.
• Manage GHAS, Dependabot alerts, secret scanning, CodeQL/SAST, and branch protection rules.
• Implement portable secrets management and mTLS for service-to-service security in Kubernetes.
• Lead audit readiness, vulnerability scanning, and compliance enforcement.

Our client is searching for an InfoSec and Compliance Specialist for a remote temp-to-perm role.

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis until this position converts to full-time employment and no sponsorship is available now or in the future

Duties:

• Identity Federation: Architect enterprise SSO using Keycloak, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Configure Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Cloud Identity as identity brokers.
• Access Governance: Establish centralized RBAC, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust policies across all platform boundaries.
• Supply Chain Security: Manage GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), enforcing Dependabot alerts, secret scanning, static analysis (CodeQL/SAST), and branch protection rules.
• Cloud Security: Implement portable secrets management and monitor service-to-service security (e.g., mTLS) across K8s cluster boundaries.
• Audit & Compliance: Lead audit readiness, vulnerability scanning, and compliance enforcement for frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

This position is for a senior -level Engineer.

Pay will be based on experience and a drug background check is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
