Job summary

HighSpring India LLP seeks an IAM Administrator to join our remote IT operations team. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, handling user accounts, licenses, and groups with strong ownership of onboarding and offboarding tickets.

You will proactively drive tickets to closure and maintain accurate access provisioning. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IAM or related IT operations, with experience using Jira or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IAM, service desk, or IT operations
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user, license, group)

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding tickets and drive closure
• Manage IAM-related incidents and requests with ownership
• Ensure timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of users and licenses

• 2+ years of IT operations, service desk, or identity administration experience.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user, license, and group management).

Strong ownership of onboarding and offboarding tickets, with the ability to proactively drive them to closure

Preferred candidate profile

2 + Years Experience in IAM and Jira / ServiceNow
