Job summary

HCLTech in Jersey City seeks an experienced IAM specialist to lead Entra ID implementations and Azure migrations. You will design and deploy secure identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients.

The role requires hands-on work with SSO/MFA, OpenID Connect, SAML, and OAuth, along with on-premises to cloud migrations. You will coordinate with PMs and clients to ensure secure, scalable identity platforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Entra ID solutions to meet client IAM needs.
• Migrate to Azure tools and integrate SSO/MFA across environments.
• Prepare project plans and resourcing for IAM initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimize IAM systems and flows including OpenID Connect, SAML and OAuth.
• Stay updated on Entra ID features, security best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with project and engagement managers to capture requirements and plan sprints.

Job description

• Minimum 5+ year of experience (L3 level) in Identity and Access Management.

General Description

• 5+ years of experience in IAM implementation.
• Design and implement end-to-end Entra ID solution to meet the unique identity and access management needs of our client.
• Hands on experience in migrating to Azure tool.
• Prepare technical project plans and project resourcing.
• Evaluate and optimize existing identity and access management systems, including Entra ID integration and on-premises solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest Entra ID features, security best practices, and industry trends to ensure clients' solutions are cutting-edge and secure.
• Works closely with project manager and engagement manager to identify key IAM (SSO/MFA) technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of Azure Environment PaaS, IaaS and experience in working with Hybrid model.
• Knowledge in Azure Power Shell scripting for deploying the Resources.
• In Depth knowledge & experience to support application integration with Entra ID and migration from other tool to Entra ID (SSO/MFA)
• Knowledge of procedure and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.
• Hands On knowledge of API integration with Azure for Authentication.
• Experience with multi-factor authentication technologies and access management.
• Familiarity with concepts of migration, deployments and integrations of IAM solutions within the cloud.
• In - depth experience with some or all the following technologies: Entra ID, SSO, MFA, FIM/MIM, Active Directory.
• Exposure to Entra ID Conditional Access Policy.
• Knowledge on configuration of Office 365 and Entra ID in a hybrid authentication.
• Exposure to:
• Active Directory Federated Services Management.
• PIM and other Identity and Access Management solutions is a plus.
• Configuring applications with Entra ID Proxy.
• Knowledge of adding protection to Entra ID Administrator account.
• Knowledge of technology trends and developments in the areas of IAM, and knowledge and experience with formal security and control framework.
• Good experience in LDAP, SSL, Java / J2EE, RDBMS and Linux.
