Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Identity and Systems Administrator/Analyst to manage identity and access controls, Okta, AD, and Windows Server environments within a primarily Windows infrastructure. The role supports RBAC, SSO, MFA, and occasional Jamf tasks for macOS endpoints.

You will document procedures, participate in access reviews and audits, collaborate with IT and security teams, and help automate lifecycle workflows while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in identity management, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Experience with Okta and identity governance concepts.
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, and access reviews.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and application integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support identity and access management solutions, including Okta.
• Manage access policies, groups, roles, and authentication requirements.
• Support RBAC implementation based on job responsibilities and least-privilege.
• Assist with Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Support Windows endpoint environment and Jamf macOS management when needed.
• Document incidents, create runbooks, and maintain configuration records.
• Participate in access reviews and audit activities.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve services.
