Job summary

The role involves developing IAM tools, documenting procedures, and training staff, reporting to the NSU Supervisor with no direct reports, in a state government setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Two years of directly related experience in computer support including identity management and user provisioning.
• Thorough understanding of identity management, user provisioning, and authentication/authorization.
• Understanding of operating systems, networks, applications, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep systems safe by applying proper security controls and ensuring appropriate access.
• Research and validate access requests balancing business needs.
• Write procedural documentation including system access templates.
• Support internal and external audits; record accurate user account information.
• Develop and test identity and access management tools.
