Webflow is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access to own the workforce identity architecture built around Okta, delivering scalable, secure access across the company.

You will automate identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver, implement RBAC and zero trust, and partner with Security to harden configurations while enabling product teams with streamlined onboarding and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in identity, platform, or infra engineering.
• Hands-on enterprise identity provider architecture.
• Strong in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
• Experience with RBAC design and HRIS-driven lifecycle automation.
• Zero Trust foundations and device trust.

Aufgaben

• Own the identity architecture and roadmap for workforce identity, with Okta as the core platform.
• Manage and harden the Okta tenant with standards and config-as-code.
• Automate identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver using HRIS as truth and SCIM.
• Build onboarding roads with standard SSO patterns and provisioning templates.
• Design the access model with RBAC, least privilege, and audit-able evidence.
• Strengthen access through phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and non-human identities.
• Serve as escalation point for identity incidents and outages; on-call coverage.
