Webflow, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager Governance to define and execute the next generation of enterprise-grade identity, security, and access management capabilities.

You will drive strategy across roles and permissions, governance, and workflows to enable secure collaboration across Webflow. You will lead a cross-functional team and be the voice of our largest customers, translating field insights into direction while partnering with product and engineering to scale governance for

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise customer experiences.
• Fluency in enterprise security, governance, identity, and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding AI technologies and how to apply them in product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy of Webflow’s access control, identity, and governance capabilities.
• Be the voice of our largest customers, shaping enterprise motion and translating field insight into product direction.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver impact.
• Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company.
