Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst focused on AI training. This fully remote role invites you to analyze real-world IAM scenarios and help train AI systems to reason about security risks.

You will work independently to evaluate access controls, review RBAC and least-privilege designs, and contribute detailed assessments that improve AI-driven security reasoning.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platform experience.
  • Strong RBAC and least-privilege knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze identity failures and attacker techniques.
  • Analytical writing and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns.
  • Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures with precision.
  • Review zero-trust architectures and evaluate access design decisions.
  • Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems.
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role

Identity is at the heart of modern enterprise security — and increasingly, it's at the heart of how AI learns to reason about risk. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to work with realistic identity and access scenarios, helping ensure that frontier AI systems understand how access control failures actually occur in the real world.

This is a unique opportunity to apply deep security expertise to cutting-edge AI development, working remotely on your own schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns
  • Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures with precision
  • Review zero-trust architectures and evaluate access design decisions
  • Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
  • Familiarity with how identity failures emerge and how attackers exploit them
  • Analytical mindset with strong written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality assessments
Nice to Have
  • Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, or CyberArk
  • Background in security operations, penetration testing, or cloud IAM
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
