Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI training. Remote, hourly contract with 10–40 hours/week. You will analyze IAM/SOA scenarios, classify risks, and validate zero-trust designs to help train and evaluate AI systems on real-world identity issues.

You'll review access design decisions, generate training data, and communicate expert findings to improve AI understanding of privilege escalation and access failures.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes.
  • Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments.
  • Able to think through complex access scenarios methodically and communicate findings clearly.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)

Identity is at the heart of modern enterprise security - and it's one of the most complex domains for AI to reason about correctly. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems by working through realistic identity and access scenarios. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands privilege escalation, access control failures, zero-trust design, and the subtle ways identity systems break in the real world. What You'll Do

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001
