Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will analyze threat reports, attacker behavior, and campaigns to improve AI training data.

The role emphasizes critical evaluation of threat narratives and collaboration with AI systems to distinguish real threat activity from noise. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in threat intel or SOC roles, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and strong analytical writing skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or related security role.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate threat reporting and distinguish real attacker behavior from synthetic or inaccurate data.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify threat reports, campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns.
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism.
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data for training AI systems.
• Review AI-generated threat intel outputs and flag inaccuracies, gaps, or fabricated details.
• Apply real-world analyst judgment to help AI distinguish genuine attacker behavior from noise.

Now, we're looking for experienced threat intelligence professionals to bring real-world adversary knowledge into AI - helping frontier systems reason about threats the way skilled analysts do.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and classify threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems
• Review AI-generated threat intelligence outputs and flag inaccuracies, gaps, or fabricated details
• Apply your real-world analyst judgment to help AI distinguish genuine attacker behavior from noise

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or a related security role
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows
• Able to critically evaluate threat reporting and distinguish real attacker behavior from synthetic or inaccurate data
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience producing finished intelligence reports or briefs
• Familiarity with threat hunting, malware analysis, or incident response
• Background working with ISACs, government threat feeds, or commercial TI platforms
• Prior experience evaluating or working alongside AI/ML systems
