Job summary

Responsibilities include IAM service delivery, incident response, and maintaining IAM tools and processes. Requires experience with SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, AD/Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, and IDM workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with IDM solutions such as SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (Azure AD & AD) and LDAP integration.
• Experience with SSO, IAM workflows, and provisioning.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a global team environment.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IAM service delivery including requests, incidents, changes, and governance.
• Provide post‑implementation support and periodic system maintenance, including off‑hours.
• Implement and maintain core IAM security capabilities and systems.
• Identify threats and respond to security events related to IAM.
• Lead project tasks and participate in strategic planning and roadmapping.
• Maintain IAM diagrams, inventories, and process documentation.
• Build, test, and rollout IAM solutions with internal and external resources.
