IDMWORKS is an on-site identity and access management solutions provider seeking an Identity Analyst/Engineer to resolve complex IAM incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements. The role requires hands-on Okta work, strong customer service, and documentation to ensure long-term stability.

The ideal candidate will balance daily operations with development, collaborate with the team, and report to the Alameda, CA office. Local candidates only; travel is not required.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of IAM experience and at least 2 years with Okta.
• Experience with incident management tools and real-time resolution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Provide real-time resolution on technical and non-technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and major incident management.
• Create technical documentation and artifacts.
• Develop and enhance solutions based on customer requirements.
• Mentor junior resources and guide day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with vendor product support to troubleshoot issues.
• Gather requirements for enhancements and maintain proactive communication.
