Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking an identity and security specialist focused on Entra ID administration and Azure identity governance. You will manage tenants, configure MFA and SSO, and support secure access across SaaS and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities include hybrid identity tooling, PAM, compliance reporting, and incident response. A bachelor’s degree in CS is required, with L2/L3 support responsibilities and continuous improvement emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID tenants, users, groups, and administrative roles.
• Configure MFA, Passwordless Authentication, FIDO2, and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
• Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
• Administer Identity Governance features including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Support B2B and B2C identity collaboration scenarios.
• Manage Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot identity synchronization issues between on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles for identity access controls.
• Support Azure RBAC and resource access governance.
• Administer Managed Identities and service principals.
• Provide L2/L3 support for identity and access management issues.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and SSO issues.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
