Job summary

AEDD, Inc. in Little Rock is hiring a full-time Work Instructor to guide developmentally disabled adults in the Jobs 4 You program. The role focuses on facilitating sensorimotor, communicative, social, cognitive development and vocational readiness through daily activities.

You will supervise participants on-site, ensure safety, support production deadlines, document progress, and assist with goal setting. A valid Arkansas driver's license, CPR/First Aid, and background check are required;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; IDD/Human Services experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and guide adults in a work setting.
• Strong compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise participants in on-site work and ensure safety.
• Help participants meet production deadlines and maintain quality.
• Coordinate group or individual instruction and monitor progress.
• Maintain daily consumer work description sheets and progress notes.
• Complete and submit DDS billing sheets weekly and monthly.
