Zusammenfassung

REM Community Services, a Sevita family, seeks a Program Director, IDD Services in Ohio to oversee 1–4 community programs. You will organize direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, compliance, staffing, budgeting, and facilities, while guiding program staff and ensuring quality services.

The role is full-time with day shifts Mon–Fri and on-call coverage; bachelor’s degree preferred and IDD experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of experience working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) population.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs in a community setting.
• Oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, and service delivery.
• Lead staffing, performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, health care coordination, and safety.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage budgets.
