Job Responsibilities

Provide supervision and assistance to residents of Group Homes and perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Verbally prompt and assist residents as needed to complete daily cleaning duties, personal hygiene, laundry, etc.
• Observe residents daily for any problems, (i.e. aggression, seizures, medical issues, etc.)
• Assist with planning, cooking and serving of meals.
• Complete weekly physical facilities checklist and monthly fire drills.
• Maintain documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete and timely.
• Monitor the residence for cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Monitor and report need for supplies of residence (cleaning products, food items, house wares, etc.)
• Provide transportation and follow all transportation Standards while on duty.

Qualifications

• A minimum of high school diploma/GED
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License
