Keystone Human Services – East Hartford is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide medical oversight, training, and counseling, and coordinate health services across assigned areas.

The role supports inclusion and community participation, with a hybrid work model including remote work and on-site assessments as needed. Connecticut RN licensure and 1 year of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Connecticut licensure in good standing.
• One year of nursing experience; IDD experience preferred.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and may require daily access to a private vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight, training, and counseling for various medical diagnoses.
• Monitor and coordinate health care services for individuals in assigned areas.
• Support inclusion and person-centered care in a hybrid work setting with on-site assessments when needed.
