Job summary

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide person-centered medical oversight and care coordination for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role supports inclusion and community participation, with hybrid work and travel for on-site assessments.

Qualifications include CT licensure, at least one year of nursing experience (ID/DD preferred), and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Connecticut licensure in good standing.
• One year of nursing experience; intellectual and developmental disability experience preferred.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license; daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Train and counsel on various medical diagnoses and health care needs.
• Monitor and coordinate health care services across assigned areas; perform on-site assessments as needed.

This position is responsible for providing medical oversight, training, and counseling for various medical diagnoses and monitoring and coordinating health care services for individuals in assigned areas.
