Anchor Home, a Baltimore County-based human services organization, is seeking a Program Director to lead operations across Residential, Day, and Personal Supports, reporting to the COO. This role emphasizes quality, compliance, and person-centered practices while building trusted partnerships with families and external stakeholders.

The director supervises Program Managers, drives growth initiatives, and ensures staff development, regulatory adherence, and high-quality outcomes for all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Proven track record in leadership and multi-program oversight.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Residential, Day, and Personal Supports programs.
• Monitor program performance metrics including quality, staffing, incidents and compliance.
• Hold Program Managers accountable via performance reviews and scorecards.
• Develop and implement training to enhance staff leadership and skills.
• Identify growth opportunities and support career development and succession planning.
• Lead corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments and with families, guardians, and external stakeholders.
