Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an IDD Administrator to lead a single location, directing administrative, clinical, financial and employee relations functions with focus on high-quality care for individuals with disabilities and mental health/substance use needs. Responsibilities include supervising a broad team, ensuring quality management, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, healthcare management or general business/public administration.
• Graduate degrees in related areas are preferred.
• Five to seven years experience in prior management positions with comparable responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a diverse team including Home Managers, QMRPs, QDDPs, Program Managers and clinical staff.
• Directs the Quality Management Team to ensure high-quality supports and outcomes for persons served.
• Enforces Personal Outcome Measures to maximize growth and benefits of program design.
• Ensures clinical supervision/oversight by the clinical team.
• Implements the Unit Quality Improvement Plan.
• Implements Staff Training Policies and Procedures.
• Monitors the unit Quality Assurance system.
• Participates in chart reviews to ensure policy-driven reviews are completed.
• Keeps up to date on applicable regulatory standards.
• Takes action to avoid surveys or audit citations and monitors LME activities.
• Leads plan of correction for audits and surveys and reports outcomes to the corporate office.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, healthcare management or general business/public administration.
