Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Nurse (LPN) in Greensboro, NC to provide holistic nursing care within residential homes and vocational centers. The Nurse works under clinical supervision from RNs and administrators to deliver prescribed treatments and personal care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR certification, and ability to communicate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program and current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to certify for CPR.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDs.
• Observe, collect health data, and report needs to the RN.
• Coordinate preventive and routine medical care for people supported.
• Document nursing care provided and assist physicians in on-site clinics.
