RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, day-shift position in Cleveland, NC. This office-based role supports group home operations with routine visits to homes within a 20-minute commute.

Responsibilities include nursing care, medication management, and health documentation. Ideal candidates will have an accredited LPN program, an active nursing license without restrictions, and CPR certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• Must communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as people supported and families
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and prioritize work tasks
• Pre-employment screening including background checks and credentialing requirements

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD
• Assist RN in delivering nursing services
• Administer medications and assist with administration
• Coordinate health-related activities and appointments
• Document health data and report abnormal findings to physicians
